MEDICAL AUTOGENIC TRAINING
Medical autogenic training helps to cope better with everyday stress and to reduce stress. Self-confidence and motivation are strengthened. If used regularly, the independently performed exercises develop a health-promoting effect.
The 7 lessons-based basic course includes 6 basic exercises. One exercise is carried out per session under supervision in order to achieve a self-active state of relaxation.

MEDICAL PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION
Medical progressive muscle relaxation is based on conscious and mindful alternating tension and relaxation of various muscle groups.
Through the perception of the muscular relaxation, calm and balance is achieved in the entire body.
The 7 lessons-based basic course includes 6 basic exercises. One exercise is carried out per session under supervision in order to achieve a self-active state of relaxation.
